What if my purchase does not go thru and shows Pending status what should I do?
This can mean a few things!
One, you may NOT have filled out everything on the page and you just need to notice to complete everything! This happens 9 out of 10 times.
Second, it could also mean that your order has NOT gone thru usually because of an issue with your bank. Just contact them telling them you are trying to make a purchase with Web-Tokens.com and they should allow it to clear. If you are using Crypto Currency a transaction can take sometimes days depending on your wallet and the type of Crypto that you are using. Give it a few hours and check your account here.
Third, if you do not live in the USA and are using spaces, dashes, ^ , or other characters in your name or address that are not in the English alphabet it could be interrupting the system of the merchant bank. All that needs to be done here is just to eliminate those and all will be well.
What if I lose the file I purchased?
You have lifetime access to your “Purchase History” so you can log in and access every file you have purchased.
Can I listen to my file on multiple devices?
You can download the MP3 files onto any of your devices that support downloading and playing MP3s. You can access the files you have purchased at any time by logging in and going to your “Purchase History” and downloading the MP3 to the device you want to use.
Is there a limit to the number of files that are saved in my Purchase History?
Unlike other file sites, you have unlimited storage of the files you have purchased.
Can I Stream my MP3 files I have purchased?
My site is not set up to “Stream” your purchased MP3. However, your browser may allow you to play the MP3 while it is downloading but this is something you need to configure in your browser. Keep in mind that actual download speed is not “Streaming” speed so if you attempt to listen while downloading it might stop and start depending on the data packets received. If you wait to listen to your MP3 after it has completely downloaded your experience will be better.
